Cancelling a seat
Cancel 48 hours or more before the start time for a full refund to your original payment method. Inside 48 hours, we move your seat to any upcoming session in the same room at no charge.
If we cancel
If a session is cancelled by us for any reason, you get a full refund or a seat in another session, your choice.
Gift cards
Gift cards do not expire and are not refundable for cash.
